The problem it addresses
Existing tools mostly block whole sites. That is a poor fit for the common situation: needing a platform for something specific while not wanting the recommendation feed that comes attached. All-or-nothing blocking gets switched off, and once it is off nothing has changed.
Algoright operates on individual videos and posts instead of on the domain, so the platform stays usable while the categories you did not want stop reaching you.

All filtering happens in a desktop browser. There is no mobile app, and a browser extension cannot filter the native TikTok, Instagram or YouTube apps.
How it works
The extension reads the title or caption and the channel or account name of items in a feed, and sorts each into one of 35 categories. Items in categories the user has switched off are hidden. Classification runs locally in the browser first; only titles the local classifier is unsure about are sent for AI assistance, and that can be disabled entirely.

What is not built yet
Stated here so it is not inferred from the feature list: family safety controls and company/team focus controls appear in Pro marketing as coming soon and are not shipped. There is no mobile app. No accuracy percentage is published for the classifier, because there is no benchmark solid enough to justify one.
