The extension isn't filtering videos — what do I do?
Make sure the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions and that you're on YouTube. Try refreshing the page. If videos still appear unfiltered, click the extension icon and check that your filter categories are turned on.
Why does my "Videos AI Can Analyse" counter show 0?
That counter is how many more videos the AI will read today, and it resets at midnight UTC. Filtering keeps working when it runs out — Algoright falls back to fast on-device matching, it just stops doing the deeper AI read. If you hit it often, Pro raises the daily allowance.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to the Pricing page while logged in and click the plan you want. Payments are handled securely via Stripe.
My stats (filtered count / time saved) aren't updating.
Stats are tracked locally by the extension and sync when you visit the dashboard. Make sure you're browsing YouTube with the extension active, then reload the dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your account settings and click 'Manage Billing'. You can cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the billing period.
